Brittani Williams, President
Development Research Analyst, Houston Zoo
Brittani Williams is currently the Development Research Analyst at the Houston Zoo. Over the past thirteen years, she has held various fundraising roles for the University of Houston, ACLU of Texas and numerous local, state and national political campaigns. She graduated from the University of Houston in 2006 with a B.S. in both Political Science and Psychology and in 2018 with a MBA with specializations in Global Management and Business Modeling and Decision Making. She also serves on the Chapters Committee with Apra International and the AASP best practices in Prospect Development committee. She has served on the Apra Greater Houston Board since 2016.
Jill Stillwagon, Membership
Donor Relations & Stewardship Manager, Teach for America Houston
Jill Stillwagon is the Donor Relations and Stewardship Manager at Teach For America – Houston, where she manages the gift acknowledgment process, prospect research, stewardship, AmeriCorps grant, and day to day operations of the development team. Jill has worked with several non-profits since 2007, including American Red Cross, Bo’s Place, and Reading Partners in different capacities from community outreach, volunteer management and fundraising. Jill has her bachelors in Environmental Science from Western Carolina University. Jill is a part time runner and enjoys being outside.
Amanda Whiteside, Treasurer
Development Research Officer, Museum of Fine Arts Houston
Amanda Whiteside is currently the Development Research Officer at The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. Previously she was the Prospect Researcher at Holocaust Museum Houston where she had been an intern during college. In her current role, she is responsible for identifying prospects, compiling research on prospects, and integrating data analytics into the prospecting process. She graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Anthropology and History. Amanda is currently working on a graduate-level certificate program in Applied Statistics from A&M University.

President, Brian Lacy & Associates
Brian Lacy has more than 25 years’ experience in public and private higher education development. Hailing from Houston, TX, he presents across the country about effective and efficient data-driven annual giving fundraising programs. Brian’s work is highly-regarded by colleagues and customers for his ability to provide measurable impact that wins favor with the more than 80 public and 100 private colleges and universities and 300 other non-profits that he has advanced. As president of Brian Lacy and Associates, he brings frontline experience and technical knowledge to fundraising solutions from data-mining research and modeling to matching gift services and more for his 170+ clients annually.
Development Associate, Emancipation Park Conservancy
Patrina Johnson serves as the Development Associate at Emancipation Park Conservancy where she is responsible for raising contributed dollars through its comprehensive fundraising program. She previously worked at Houston Grand Opera as the Prospect Research and Data Specialist, at Centenary College of Louisiana as the Director of Advancement Services, and at Louisiana Association of Nonprofit Organizations (LANO) as Capacity Building Coordinator. She served on the boards of the Commission for Women of Bossier City , Ivy Crown Community Services, and the Advisory Board of the Caddo Council on Aging. She maintains a professional membership with APRA (Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement), and AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals). Patrina holds a bachelor's degree in finance (analysis) and a master's in human services administration (nonprofit management), both from LSU, Shreveport.
